Ed Hardy Vodka Presents the 2009 Pre Draft party for the 2009 NBA draft class. The event is being held tonight at Katra Lounge, located at 217 Bowery st in Manhattan. This is held the day before the official NBA draft at Madison Square Garden and should be a great outlet for all the rising stars of the NBA. This will be a star studded event. The red carpet will be kicked off at 10:30pm and will have some of the best in hip hop, sports, acting and entertainment gracing it.
