New Magazine Present Its’ “Celebrity Power” Special CIAA Edition; Expanding to National Markets

Charlotte, NC - (February 4, 2008) – Celebrity Power, a magazine less than a year old fills a void of displaying the entrepreneurial strides and philanthropic successes of celebrities

The initial start of Celebrity Power magazine was founded by Publisher/CEO, Jelani “J” Hill of Charlotte, NC in 2007 as a quarterly magazine. Within this past year Mike Minter, Terrance J, Mike Rucker and Daymond John have graced the covers and shared their success stories. “The goal of this magazine is not only to applaud the entrepreneurial spirit and expose the celebrity behind their original talent,” says Publisher/CEO J. Hill stresses. “but to also serve as a source of information for aspiring young entrepreneurs; giving tools needed to make sound business decisions.”

The core of Celebrity Power’s readership is 21-40 year olds and has been distributed primarily in North Carolina and Atlanta, GA at specialty retail outlets (i.e. book stores, record stores, local newsstands) as well as entertainment and charitable events with a circulation of 50,000. By mid 2008, the magazine will be distributed nationally.

Inspired by the CIAA tournament in Charlotte, NC, on Feb. 22nd, Celebrity Power Magazine will release a “SPECIAL CIAA EDITION” with stories on celebrities and successful businesspeople who have attended CIAA universities and colleges.
